JG Dental is in network with the PPO plans below at both of our offices, in San Juan Capistrano and in Newport Beach. Bring your member ID to the first visit and we take care of the rest — we file the claim with your carrier and you pay only your share.

If your plan is not on the list
We still see you. As an out-of-network practice for your plan we file the claim on your behalf, and many PPO policies reimburse a share of the treatment anyway. Call us and we will tell you what to expect before you book.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash and checks. For treatment you would rather pay for over time we work with Care Credit, Cherry and Sunbit. Details are on the Patient Information page.

Which dental insurance does JG Dental accept?
We are in network with Delta Dental, MetLife, Cigna Dental, Aetna Dental, Guardian, UnitedHealthcare Dental, Ameritas, United Concordia, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Principal, Sun Life. If your plan is not on the list, we still see you as an out-of-network patient and file the claim for you.
How do I find out what my plan covers?
Call us at (949) 493-6006 with your member ID before the visit. We verify your benefits with the carrier and tell you what is covered and what is not, so there is no surprise at the front desk.
Do you file the claim, or do I?
We file it. You pay only your share at the visit, and we handle the paperwork with your carrier.
What if I have no dental insurance?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash and checks, and we work with Care Credit, Cherry and Sunbit for treatment financed over time.
