JG Dental is in network with the PPO plans below at both offices in San Juan Capistrano and Newport Beach. Bring your member ID to the first visit and we take care of the rest: we file the claim and you pay only your share.

We can still see you. As an out-of-network practice for your plan, we file the claim on your behalf, and many PPO policies may reimburse part of the treatment. Call us and we will explain what to expect before you book.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash and checks. For treatment you prefer to pay over time, we work with CareCredit, Cherry and Sunbit. Details are on the Patient Information page.

Which dental insurance does JG Dental accept?
We are in network with Delta Dental, MetLife, Cigna Dental, Aetna Dental, Guardian, UnitedHealthcare Dental, Ameritas, United Concordia, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Principal and Sun Life. If your plan is not listed, we can still see you as an out-of-network patient and file the claim for you.
How do I find out what my plan covers?
Call us at (949) 493-6006 with your member ID before the visit. We verify benefits with the carrier and explain what is and is not covered.
Do you file the claim, or do I?
We file it. You pay your share at the visit, and we handle the paperwork with the insurance carrier.
What if I have no dental insurance?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash and checks. CareCredit, Cherry and Sunbit offer options for financing treatment over time, subject to their terms.
